AstroHub.me offers a very transparent and simple 2 Days Return Policy.
Eligibility:
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
- Damages due to neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- The product must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
Custom Products:
- Custom articles & jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund.
- For canceled custom orders, AstroHub will deduct 25% of the total purchase price as making charges.
- If you cancel an order after opting for paid certification, the certification cost will also be deducted.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
- The return shipment is at the customer’s expense.
- Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are not refundable. These charges are directly billed by the payment gateway:
- For Razorpay: 2% + GST (18%) on all transactions.
- For PhonePe: 1.99% + GST (18%) on credit card and UPI transactions.
- Any additional lab certificate purchased apart from the complimentary one will not be refunded.
- Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the product is received at our address. Bank or credit card processing times may take an additional week.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Customized Items:
If the item was customized when purchased and shipped directly to you, in such case no refund will be initiated.
Shipping Returns Charges:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
Timeframe for Refunds:
Refunds will be credited within 7 days after the product’s condition is verified, and you will be notified via Call or WhatsApp or Email once the refund is initiated.
Important: Do not mention “AstroHub” or any gemstone/jewelry-related terms on the package to avoid theft. Instead, use our official company name: Rema Enterprises.
Cancellation:
You have 1 calendar day to cancel the order. In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable. The refund for such cancellations will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified to be in good condition.
Note: Based on our assessment, the AstroHub team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution of return or refund. You can only return the product. No products are to be returned without written authorization from AstroHub and then only in accordance with AstroHub terms and instructions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipment for returns. Returned products must arrive at AstroHub facility in the same condition they were in when originally shipped by AstroHub. Absolutely no returns will be authorized on product which has been installed, used or product which has been kept for more than 5 days. Absolutely no returns will be authorized on product that is custom in nature.
